About the Role
DigitalTek Solutions Inc. is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support candidate sourcing, talent research, and recruitment activities for IT and professional services opportunities across North America. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is resourceful, curious, proactive, a fast learner, and eager to get things done . We are looking for individuals who enjoy researching, exploring new technologies, solving problems, and finding creative ways to identify qualified candidates. - Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming recruitment opportunities.

- Organize candidate information, maintain accurate sourcing trackers, and update recruitment databases.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet sourcing priorities, deadlines, and hiring requirements.

- 0–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, research, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
