Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day branch operational activities.
- Verify and process insurance proposal forms and customer documents.
- Support customers by resolving queries related to policies and services.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines.
- Manage branch cash, receipts, and other operational records as per company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless branch functioning.




- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation. Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation. Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in branch operations, administration, customer service, or insurance operations preferred.
