Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, and integrations.
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Catalog Items.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for ServiceNow applications.
- Identify, track, and resolve defects and application issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching activities, and platform enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and deployment documentation. Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Experience working on modules such as:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Service Catalog
- CMDB
- Knowledge Management
- Asset Management
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience in ServiceNow testing, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub




- REST/SOAP APIs
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of test management tools and automation testing concepts.
