Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Executive to manage daily logistics operations, coordinate transportation activities, and ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with relevant experience in logistics management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily logistics operations, including dispatch, transportation, and delivery. Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and internal departments. Plan and monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, and other logistics records. Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status. Coordinate vehicle arrangements and optimize transportation costs. Handle delays, delivery issues, and other logistics-related problems. Maintain accurate records of transportation expenses and delivery schedules. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable transportation regulations.



Prepare logistics reports and maintain shipment records. Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. 5–10 years of relevant experience in logistics and transportation operations. Good knowledge of dispatch, shipment tracking, and transportation coordination. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Candidate Profile Experienced in handling end-to-end logistics operations. Capable of coordinating with transporters and vendors independently. Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Salary & Benefits
