Title: Assistant Manager
- R&D; (Structure Design) Reporting to: Head
- R&D; Role Purpose: Executive with good experience is seeking to join and become a contributing member of a team, focused organization and continue to grow skill set.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for new product development within a time frame.
- Part design and development related to new projects
- Ensuring Refrigerator testing as per BEE ISO15750:2006 & IS1467:2000 Position responsibilities and activities filling Guidelines
- Coordinate with BEE & BIS related to new model registration
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
- Analysis of assembly problems and their temporary and permanent countermeasure.
- To ensure audits of our operating procedures to assess & maintain ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 & TS-16949 certification.
- Value engineering project to increase the profitability as well as quality of product.
- All cycle/performance part development.
- Packing material development.
- Establishing the assembly process for New Models.
- Training of assembly line operators for the New Model.
- Line Setup & balancing at production line as well as at vendor end.
- To provide solutions to the problems related to the New Model.
- To analyse the problems reported by Process & Outgoing Quality.
- To check & verify the New Jigs/Tools before handing over to the assembly line.
- To provide ideas for process improvement.
- To suggest ideas & Worked in various Cost/Manpower/Time saving/Process improvement activities Key Skills




- Having experience in CAD software preferably NX (Good command in Modelling, Drafting Surface, Assembly),
- Having experience in production methods for plastic, sheet metal or metal injection process,
- Having experience in development from idea to product and conceptual design,
- Having solid knowledge in perceived quality, design materials, reliability,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Financial results analysis, Advance statistics
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in New Part development of Refrigerator / Washing Machine
- ISO Quality Systems Product Management Tools
- CAD Software preferably NX
