1–3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily online store operations, product listings, order processing, inventory updates, and customer coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across e-commerce platforms and improving the overall online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
- Handle daily online orders, processing, and order fulfilment.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory updates.
- Track orders, shipments, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Manage product returns, refunds, and exchange requests.
- Monitor product pricing, discounts, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate product and sales records.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues. Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of online marketplace and e-commerce platforms.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of product listing and order management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of product catalogue management.
- Understanding of inventory and order management systems.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online promotions.
