- Strong hands-on experience in on-premises Active Directory.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience with ADFS and ADCS.
- Strong knowledge of Domain Controllers, AD replication, and authentication protocols.
- Expertise in Group Policy management and troubleshooting.
- Positive understanding of DNS and DHCP administration.
- Experience in L3 production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for AD administration and troubleshooting is preferred
