Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 2–5 years of experience in Warranty Operations, Warranty Claims Management, or Supply Chain Planning. The candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, validating product entitlements, resolving claim disputes, and ensuring compliance with warranty policies and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warranty claims processing and warranty operations.
- Handle warranty exceptions, claim discrepancies, and dispute resolution.
- Perform serial number validation and verify product eligibility.
- Check contract details and product entitlement before claim approval.
- Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
- Monitor claims ageing, pending cases, and backlog management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve warranty-related issues.




- Support supply and demand planning activities wherever required.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports. Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Warranty Operations / Warranty Claims / Supply Chain Operations.
- Knowledge of Supply and Demand Planning.
- Experience in Warranty Claims Processing and Exception Handling.
- Understanding of Claim Dispute Resolution.
- Knowledge of Serial Number Validation and Product Entitlement.
- Understanding of Contract Management and Warranty Policy Compliance.
- Experience in Claims Ageing and Backlog Management.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in Warranty Operations, Warranty Claims Management, After-Sales Operations, or Supply Chain Operations are preferred.
