Job Description
SML Finance Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Gold Loan to manage branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in gold loan operations, team management, business development, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee daily gold loan branch operations.
* Drive gold loan business growth and achieve assigned business targets.
* Supervise, guide, and motivate branch staff to improve performance.
* Ensure accurate gold appraisal, loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Monitor loan portfolio quality, overdue accounts, and recovery performance.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and new leads.
* Ensure proper cash handling, record maintenance, and branch security.
* Conduct regular audits and ensure operational efficiency.




* Prepare business reports and provide regular performance updates to management. Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in gold loan or financial services operations.
* Prior experience in branch management or a similar managerial role is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of gold loan products, gold appraisal procedures, and loan documentation.
* Proven ability to achieve business targets and manage a team.
* Good communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and branch operations.
