Job Title: Store Incharge Company: Guardian Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth and productive day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and store presentation.
- Supervise and guide the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and pharmacy guidelines.
- Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, performance, and productivity.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and operational records.
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.




- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and customer engagement.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless store operations. Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

Pharm/B.
Pharm qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare retail, or store operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of inventory management, sales operations, and customer service.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail management systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational and Night shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
