About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented Counselling Quality Check (QC) Interns to evaluate counselling calls and ensure consistent communication, process adherence, and quality standards across NST campuses. The ideal candidate will have strong listening and analytical skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to provide objective, evidence-based feedback to counsellors. This role requires consistency in auditing calls, identifying recurring issues, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced admissions environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Audit recorded counselling calls against defined quality parameters, scripts, and process guidelines.
- Identify communication gaps, deviations, and recurring patterns affecting counselling quality.
- Provide clear, unbiased, evidence-backed feedback to counsellors and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate evaluation reports, scoring sheets, and quality trackers.




- Meet daily call-audit targets and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
- Analyze recurring errors to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Support NSAT sessions, interviews, and other admissions activities as required. Required Qualifications Skills
- Current student or recent graduate in any discipline.
- Robust active listening skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain professional relationships with sales teams.
- Strong integrity, objectivity, and consistency in evaluation and scoring.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks, meet daily targets, and work within deadlines. Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in quality assurance, call auditing, customer service, sales, or admissions is an advantage.
