* Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Planon Developer & Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Planon IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) development, configuration, customization, integrations, and production support. The candidate should have strong expertise in Planon workflows, business rules, REST APIs, web services, SQL, and enterprise application support.

- Application Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Planon modules and workflows.
- Develop custom business rules, forms, layouts, and user interfaces.
- Configure Planon solutions based on business requirements.
- Perform application enhancements and customization activities.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Integration Development
- Design and develop integrations between Planon and enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, web services, and middleware integrations.
- Support data synchronization with HR, ERP, Asset Management, and Facilities systems.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
- Application & Production Support




- Provide application support for Planon incidents and service requests.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes.
- Monitor application health and performance.
- Support release deployments and post-production validation activities.
- Stakeholder & Agile Collaboration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with business users, facility managers, and solution architects.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Planon IWMS Development and Support.
- Planon platform configuration and administration.
- Planon workflows and business rules.
- Planon Connect, Planon Web Services, and REST APIs.
- SQL and relational databases.
- JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
- API testing tools Postman and SOAP UI.
- Jira.
- CI/CD and release management processes.
- Production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- 6 8 years of overall enterprise application development and support experience.
- Hands-on experience with Planon IWMS implementations, enhancements, and support.
- Experience in application configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Robust experience in production support, incident management, and release management.
