About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and technically minded Marketplace Integration Specialist to join our team at Wisemonk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in eCommerce, online marketplaces and product feed management who enjoys solving technical problems and improving marketplace performance. You'll take ownership of marketplace integrations, support the launch of new sales channels, optimise product listings and work with internal and external teams to ensure our products are successfully listed and maintained across multiple marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the integration and launch of new marketplace platforms.
- Manage the onboarding and successful launch of current marketplace partners.
- Create, manage and optimise marketplace listings and product feeds.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical integration issues.
- Map product data and attributes to meet individual marketplace requirements.
- Manage product information, pricing, stock feeds and listing statuses.
- Work with internal and external teams to develop effective solutions.
- Analyse marketplace performance data to improve product visibility and drive sales growth.
- Support scripting, automation and data mapping processes.
- Monitor feed errors,



investigate listing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve integration processes and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in eCommerce, online marketplaces or marketplace integrations.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Mirakl, Amazon, Shoppingfeed, Channable or similar systems would be advantageous specifically Amazon.
- Experience managing product feeds, listings and marketplace data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence in analysing and manipulating large datasets.
- Understanding of product data mapping, SKU management and marketplace attributes.
- Experience troubleshooting feed errors and technical integration issues.
- Knowledge of APIs, automation or scripting would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A self-motivated, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
