Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced & qualified CA for DGM Accounts & Finance. The candidate should have solid accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience in financial statement preparation, finalization, financial reporting, reconciliations, MIS and cash flow management. Candidates with exposure to IND AS, wealth management firms or family offices will be preferred. Role & responsibilities
- Lead preparation, review and finalisation of Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow Statements and supporting schedules.
- Review and consolidate financial data for MIS, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis and financial projections.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, timely monthly closures and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Oversee banking, inter-company, fixed asset and general ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable, advances, ageing reports and outstanding balances.
- Review accounting entries and supporting documentation, including invoices, vouchers, debit notes and credit notes.
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls,



approval matrices and accounting procedures.
- Oversee banking operations, fund management, cash flow planning and working capital monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Lead and manage the accounts team.
- Drive ERP customisation, ERP migration and finance process automation. Preferred candidate profile
- Qualified CA with 8+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial statement finalization.
- Excellent understanding of Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow, MIS and reconciliations.
- Experience in financial reporting, audit coordination and internal financial controls.
- Exposure to IND AS will be an added advantage.
