The candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, explaining our HRMS product features and benefits, generating leads, and supporting digital marketing activities. Roles & Responsibilities
- Interact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain the company's HRMS portal, features, benefits, and services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable product solutions.
- Generate leads through online platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with potential customers and schedule product demonstrations.
- Support social media marketing activities on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create basic marketing content, product posts, and promotional materials.
- Maintain customer details, lead information, and follow-up records.




- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Assist in email marketing and promotional campaigns. Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Ability to explain products and services clearly.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn about HRMS software and product demonstrations.
- Positive attitude, convincing skills, and eagerness to learn. Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.
Com, B.
A., B.
Sc., BCA, or equivalent).
- Candidates pursuing their final year of graduation can also apply.
- MBA (Marketing) candidates are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Sales, or Business Communication is an added advantage. Pay: ₹2,000.00
