- Identify high-potential locations based on traffic/demand mapping
- Drive CNG sales growth through marketing schemes (fleet conversion, OEM tie-ups, incentives)
- Improve station throughput, uptime, and productivity Industrial Segment :
- Oversee contract management of existing customers (pricing, renewals, commitments)
- Target new industrial customers via cluster mapping and fuel-switch opportunities
- Identify low-hanging fruits (underutilized loads, partial conversions)
- Drive strategic volume enhancement initiatives Commercial Segment :
- Manage existing commercial client base (hotels,



hospitals, institutions)
- Target current customer acquisition in high-density zones
- Identify quick-win/low-hanging opportunities
- Execute fuel conversion strategies Domestic (PNG) Segment :
- Drive household connections via builder RWA engagement
- Develop channel network: DMA (Direct Marketing Agencies) FSO (Field Sales Officers)
- Execute awareness campaigns and conversion drives GA Strategy Expansion :
- Conduct GA surveys for demand assessment (industrial, transport, residential clusters)
- Develop micro-market strategies for each segment Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with government bodies, local authorities, municipal corporations
- Support approvals for stations, RoW, and infrastructure development Leadership Team Management: Provide leadership to the BD, Sales, and Marketing teams Drive execution through delegation, monitoring, and performance reviews Build high-performance culture and capability development Cross-Functional Coordination:
