About the Role
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Interns who can identify and connect with candidates actively looking for job opportunities in Thane and Powai. Key Responsibilities
- Find candidates actively looking for jobs in Thane and Powai.
- Source candidates through WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and personal networks.
- Contact candidates and understand their skills, experience, salary expectations, and job preferences.
- Share relevant job openings with suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join the company.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates. Eligibility Criteria
- Students, freshers, and individuals interested in HR and recruitment can apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, social media, and job portals.
- Ability to identify genuine job seekers and connect them with suitable opportunities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Incentive Structure
- No fixed salary or monthly stipend.
- Incentives will be provided for successful candidate joining.
- The incentive amount and payment terms will be communicated clearly before recruitment work begins.
