Role & responsibilities
Job Description
- Maintenance on Store Electrical systems (fuse boxes, control panels, light fittings, emergency lighting, lighted signage, etc.).
- Proactive approach in Maintenance system.
- Fire-Fighting installations, CCTV installations and access control.
- Analyze the store complaints in depth and assign the technicians based on the priority.
- Receiving the complaints like Electrical, HVAC from various stores. Segregate and Categorize the issues, solve those issues over the phone call.
- Find out the suitable vendor in remote locations and capable in Negotiating.
- Execute the works as per plan on time. Preferred candidate profile Perks and perks
