Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Intern to support packaging quality checks, artwork verification, and day-to-day quality control activities. The role involves checking packaging proofs against approved designs and specifications before printing, and supporting inspections of packaging materials and finished products to maintain consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities
Artwork & Packaging Verification
- Review packaging artwork for cartons, labels, tubes, and glass etchings.
- Verify packaging proofs against approved designs, die-lines, and brand guidelines.
- Identify spelling mistakes, incorrect product information, and design inconsistencies.
- Ensure packaging artwork matches the approved version before printing.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to highlight errors and support corrections. Quality Control & Compliance
- Support incoming inspection of packaging materials (cartons, tubes, bottles, labels) against specifications and sampling plans.
- Assist with in-process and finished goods checks, including batch number, MRP,



manufacturing and expiry date printing.
- Check print quality, colour, finish, dimensions, and defects such as scratches, misprints, and leakage.
- Record inspection results accurately and prepare daily and weekly quality reports.
- Log non-conformances and rejections, and follow up with vendors and internal teams on corrective actions.

• Maintain quality records, approved artwork files, checklists, and reference samples.
- Support customer complaint analysis, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Preferred candidate profile
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify errors.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email) and willingness to learn packaging artwork verification and quality control processes.
- An educational background in Packaging Technology, Printing Technology, Quality, or a related field would be an advantage.
