Role Description As the Owner, you will lead the overall business strategy and operations of High Dive International in Bengaluru in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will oversee client acquisition and relationship management, ensuring that hiring solutions meet client expectations across multiple industries. Daily responsibilities include guiding recruitment processes, supervising sourcing and screening activities, and monitoring the performance and development of team members. You will manage budgets, set revenue goals, and identify opportunities for business growth, partnerships, and service improvements. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant labor and hiring regulations and maintaining a professional, inclusive work environment. Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership within recruitment, HR, or qualified services.
- Strong client management and business development skills,



with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships across sectors such as fintech, edtech, banking, textile, and IT.
- Proven ability to oversee end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate follow-up.
- Solid organizational, planning, and financial management skills, including budgeting, target setting, and performance tracking.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with a collaborative leadership style.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams, fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.
- Familiarity with local labor laws, recruitment best practices, and HR compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and engaging directly with clients, partners, and team members.
