– New Product Development (NPD) Department: Research & Development (R&D;) Industry: Nutraceuticals / Dietary Supplements / Health Supplements Designation: NPD Executive / NPD Scientist Job Responsibilities
- Develop new nutraceutical products, including dietary and health supplements, as per market requirements.
- Conduct formulation development, ingredient selection, and laboratory trials.
- Research new ingredients, product concepts, and market trends.
- Optimize formulations for product quality, stability, efficacy, and cost.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Production, and Regulatory Affairs teams for product development and commercialization.
- Conduct stability studies and support pilot batch trials and manufacturing scale-up.
- Maintain formulation records, product specifications, and development documentation.
- Ensure products comply with applicable FSSAI regulations and company quality standards. Qualifications B.

Pharm / B.
Sc. / M.
Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a relevant Life Sciences discipline. Experience 2–5 years of experience in Current Product Development or Formulation Development in the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or related manufacturing industry. Required Skills
- Knowledge of nutraceutical ingredients and formulation techniques.
- Experience in product development and laboratory trials.
- Understanding of stability studies, GMP, and quality documentation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Preferred Candidate: Candidates with hands-on experience in nutraceutical formulation and new product development. Pay: ₹30,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
