Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate potential business leads.
· Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with prospective customers.
· Promote and explain the company's products and services.
· Convert prospective leads into successful sales.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Achieve assigned sales targets.
· Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily performance reports. Candidate Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Tele sales / Inside Sales / Business Development.




· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
· Experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online communication tools.
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
· Must be comfortable working night shifts. Work From Home Requirements
· Personal laptop or desktop.
· Stable high-speed internet connection.
· Dedicated and quiet workspace.
