Executive Role Summary: The QC Analyst is responsible for performing routine analysis of raw materials (RM), in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples using validated analytical methods to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform analysis using HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) for assay, impurities, and related substances. Conduct dissolution testing of pharmaceutical dosage forms as per approved methods. Carry out IPFP (In-Process and Finished Product) testing to ensure product quality during manufacturing. Analyze raw materials (RM) as per pharmacopeial and in-house specifications.



Execute stability testing as per stability protocols and report results accurately. Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments as per SOPs. Ensure proper documentation in compliance with GMP and data integrity guidelines. Investigate OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results. Follow safety and regulatory guidelines in laboratory operations. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in HPLC operation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of dissolution apparatus and testing procedures. Familiarity with pharmacopeias (IP, USP, BP). Understanding of GMP/GLP requirements. Robust documentation and analytical skills.
