You'll be a positive fit if you have
- Strong command of at least one modern programming language.
- Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, system design, and databases.
- Experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Git, and CI/CD workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and ship product features across the stack.
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and review teammates' code.
- Own services in production, including performance, reliability, monitoring, and on-call responsibilities.
- Partner with product, design, and founders to turn loosely defined problems into shipped solutions.
- Make pragmatic architecture decisions that balance immediate needs with future scale.
- Improve engineering practices, including CI/CD, testing, documentation, and developer tooling.
- For senior candidates, lead projects end to end, mentor engineers, and contribute to hiring.
