Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business teams to understand requirements and identify business opportunities.

- Evaluate pricing, promotions, discounts and campaign effectiveness.
- Use SQL,



Python and Databricks for data analysis and insights generation.
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Prepare and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled analytics. Required Skills

- 8+ years of relevant analytics experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Retail, Consumer, CRM, Loyalty or Marketing Analytics experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in SQL, Python and Databricks is essential.
