- Manufacturing
- Support the end-to-end technical implementation of Epicor Kinetic ERP.
- Configure technical components as per approved functional designs.
- Support development, testing and deployment activities.
- Coordinate with Epicor implementation partners and consultants.
- Ensure technical activities are completed according to the ERP implementation plan.
- Support multiple manufacturing locations, warehouses and corporate functions. B. Epicor Customization
- If Required
- Develop and maintain Epicor customizations.
- Work with Epicor Application Studio for screen and UI customization.
- Develop business rules and validations as required.
- Configure BPMs and related technical workflows.
- Support customization of forms, dashboards and processes.
- Ensure all customizations follow approved change-control procedures.
- Minimize unnecessary customization and promote standard Epicor functionality wherever possible. C. Reports & Dashboards
- If required
- Develop and maintain ERP reports and dashboards.
- Work with BAQs (Business Activity Queries) to extract business data.




- Develop customized reports using appropriate Epicor reporting tools.
- Support management MIS and KPI dashboards.
- Develop reports for Finance, Purchase, Sales, Stores, Production, Quality, HR and other departments.
- Ensure reports provide accurate and timely information. D. Database & Technical Support
- Understand Epicor database architecture and data relationships.
- Perform technical investigation of ERP issues.
- Support SQL queries and data analysis where permitted.
- Troubleshoot performance and data-related problems.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure database and ERP data integrity. E. User Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide Level-2 / Level-3 technical support to ERP users.
- Analyze incidents and identify root causes.
- Resolve ERP technical issues within agreed SLA.
- Coordinate with functional consultants for functional issues.
- Escalate product-related issues to Epicor/vendor support.
- Maintain an ERP issue tracker and resolution history. Pay: ₹70,000.00
- ₹90,000.00 per month Work
