Job Title: IT Assistant

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Assistant to provide technical support and maintain the school's IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing computer systems, providing technical assistance to staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to teachers, staff, and management.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet connectivity issues.
- Maintain and monitor CCTV cameras, projectors, smart boards, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, and network infrastructure.
- Manage IT inventory, software installations, and system updates.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Maintain records of IT-related complaints, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and proper functioning of IT systems.




- Provide timely technical support for day-to-day school operations. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply. Preferred Candidate
- Responsible, proactive, and technically sound.
- Good coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle technical issues promptly. Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
