Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account Executive role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Account Executive will manage day-to-day relationships with customers, respond to inquiries, and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling client accounts, tracking payments and transactions, preparing basic reports, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, supporting sales or operations activities, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
The Account Executive is expected to work closely with management to meet targets and uphold organizational standards. Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in account management, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in handling financial records, documentation, and reporting using office productivity tools.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, including attention to detail and follow-through on tasks.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
