Role & responsibilities
- Identify and attract prospective tenants for available commercial spaces.
- Generate leads through broker networks, direct outreach, referrals, and market research.
- Understand tenant requirements, recommend suitable spaces, and conduct property visits.
- Negotiate rentals, deposits, lease terms, lock-in periods, and other commercial conditions within approved guidelines.
- Coordinate the preparation, review, execution, renewal, and registration of lease agreements with internal and legal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, proposals, vacancies, tenants, and agreement status.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, operations, and facilities teams on tenant onboarding, handover, fit-outs, and billing.
- Build relationships with tenants, brokers, and business partners.
- Track market trends,



rental benchmarks, competitor activity, and tenant demand.
- Monitor leasing pipeline and occupancy targets and provide regular progress reports. Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree
- Relevant experience in commercial real estate leasing, tenant acquisition, or property management.
- Solid negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of commercial lease documentation and leasing practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working toward targets.
