Department After-Sales Service Support Reports To General Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, repairing and servicing welding machines. This role requires frequent travelling to various customer premises across Western India.

Key Responsibilities
- Install & Commission Welding Machines at customer premises, Trials and Prove-out.
- Repair and service welding machines in office and at Thane Workshop.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems in welding machines.
- Handle and repair electrical circuits and PCB drawings.
- Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during servicing. Job

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling and repairing electrical circuits.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, PCB drawings, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently to different sites.
- Good communication and customer service skills. Preferred

Qualifications:
- BE/ Diploma/ ITI in Electrical or Electronics.
- Experience in repairing or handling welding machineries.
- Theoretical and/ or Practical Knowledge of welding machines, processes and their components. Remuneration The remuneration for this role is competitive, with a CTC upto 3.0 to 4.0 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
