Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily Restaurant, Bar and In-Room Dining operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and adherence to Accor brand standards.
- Supervise, train and motivate the Food Beverage Service team.
- Monitor food beverage revenue, upselling and operational costs.
- Ensure accurate billing, inventory control and minimization of wastage.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns promptly.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, HACCP and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.
