Role & responsibilities
- Tracking Budgets as per past plan vs procurement
- Responsible to make yearly budget and Business plan.
- Study of rolling plan, PR approvals & Tracking exclusive material if any.
- Forecasting MRP to vendors and assurance data collections.
- PO Management for Local vendors based on MRP.
- Manual PO. control for releasing & review monthly basis GAP & improvement
- Department Monthly review on targets vs achievements
- RM control & monitoring
- Price revision monitoring with data maintain & review gaps
- Responsible to maintain the SOP in ordering and system process
- Next month assurance from vendors & issue highlighting if any well in advance.
- Tools & Molds related issues, Vendor end quality issues and settlements
