- ₹30,000 per month (fixed) About SalesUp SalesUp is a sales-focused company working with clients in the US and India. We’re building a data-driven team and need someone who can turn raw data into reliable reports and clear insights. What you’ll do
- Build and maintain data pipelines from CRM, sales tools, and databases
- Clean, transform, and organize data for reporting and analysis
- Write SQL queries and Python scripts for analysis and automation
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Track key metrics such as sales performance, pipeline, and team productivity
- Maintain data accuracy and documentation
- Work with the sales, HR, and operations teams on their reporting needs What we’re looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering
- Good knowledge of SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with at least one BI tool: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, formulas)
- Basic understanding of ETL and data warehousing
- Clear communication and ability to explain data to non-technical teams




- Comfortable working from home with a reliable laptop and internet connection Valuable to have
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Tools like Airflow, dbt, or BigQuery
- Experience with CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce)

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Pay: ₹25,000.00
