Responsible for supervising and executing civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure the use of appropriate materials.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labourers and other site personnel.
- Check measurements, material requirements and quantities at the site.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction procedures.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.
- Monitor material utilisation and minimise unnecessary wastage. Qualifications &





Experience:

- B.
Tech/B.
E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, estimation and site supervision.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred. Common Requirements-
- Willingness to work at the project site in Dehradun.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different site personnel.
- Practical understanding of construction activities and site requirements.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to maintaining work quality, discipline and timelines. Pay: ₹35,000.00
