Job description
Role & Responsibility:
* Finalization of Books and publishing the Balance Sheet/Statement of Accounts
- Must be hands on person for being the primary/team lead working in the area of finalization of Books from a share-holder perspective.
* Operational Accounts
- Should have hands on experience of having led the Accounts and Finance team of a Business Enterprise typically in the manufacturing industry.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund management
- Familiar with the basic costing of all manufacturing industry
- Should have experience of devising/advising the Business head management controls in day to day running of the business operations wrt profit centre management, Credit controls, Inventory management and Vendor Management.
- Hands on experience of having used Tally will be an added advantage.
* GST, Income Tax and SEBI Compliances -
- Familiar with GST, income Tax,



BASIC knowledge of Labour laws, and other laws required to operate the enterprise and must be open to updating his knowledge on insecticide and relevant agricultural trade laws.
- Supporting on sebi compliances.
* Audit
- Suggest/set up Systems for periodic Internal Audits of various functions.
- Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, and risk management
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities Qualification :
- MBA Finance/ CA / PGDM Finance
- Minimum 10 Years relevant experience in accounting
- Finalizing the account, Balance Sheet,GST, Audit handling, Ratio Analysis.
- Preferred listed company accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software i.e. Tally ERP and MS Excel.
