About the Role

* We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, content strategy, video shooting, and ad shoots. The ideal candidate should be comfortable developing creative concepts, appearing on set when required, and executing engaging content for different brands. *

Key Responsibilities

* 1. Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 2. Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media strategies. 3. Create engaging content ideas for reels, posts, carousels, and stories. 4. Develop creative concepts, write reel scripts, and craft engaging captions. 5. Handle video shooting for reels, promotional videos, brand content, and advertising campaigns. 6. Participate in and coordinate shoots for social media ads and promotional videos. 7. Understand brand requirements and translate them into engaging visual content. 8. Research trending topics, audio, formats, and competitor activities. 9. Coordinate with designers, video editors,



and marketing team members to ensure timely content delivery. 10. Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach. 11. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content creation techniques. *Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation. Practical experience in content strategy, video shooting, and ad shoots. Robust creative thinking, storytelling, and content ideation skills. Good understanding of Instagram Reels and other social media formats. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A portfolio or examples of previous work will be an added advantage. *
