EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1+ year in retail fashion or jewellery industry Shop Lune is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Stylist to join our retail store in Bandra, Mumbai. This role combines retail sales, customer relationship management and styling assistance to deliver a premium in-store experience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion and jewellery, understands customer styling needs and has hands-on experience working with retail brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with personalized styling recommendations
- Manage daily store operations efficiently
- Handle product listings, inventory updates, and order management on Shopify
- Maintain sales records and reports using Excel
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation
- Build strong customer relationships and handle client requirements
- Ensure organized workflows and attention to detail
- Achieve sales targets and support store growth

REQUIREMENTS:




- Minimum 1+ year of experience in retail, fashion, jewellery or lifestyle brands
- Must have worked with a brand continuously for at least 12 months
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Shopify for order or store management
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Interest in fashion, styling and jewellery trends
- Well-groomed, confident and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment
- Candidate must be based in Mumbai PREFERRED:
- Experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion or premium retail brands
- Understanding of retail sales targets and customer engagement
