Full-time, On-site Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to handle daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the accounts and compliance functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records.
- Must have experience in Tally
- Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense statements.
- Handle day-to-day cash and bank transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Track company expenses and verify bills and invoices.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and accounting records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.




- Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding payments and financial documents.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with audit preparation and other accounting activities as required. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- B.
Com or a relevant qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and ITR.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Valuable numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
