* Calling customers and handling inquiries professionally
* Explaining company products and services to clients
* Generating leads and doing regular follow-ups
* Coordinating with dealers and clients across Pan India
* Supporting in dealer network development and maintaining relationships
* Maintaining customer database and call records
* Coordinating with the sales team for updates and requirements
* Achieving daily and monthly calling targets
* Handling basic customer support and communication
Requirements:
* Positive communication and convincing skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Confidence in speaking with customers and dealers
* Ability to coordinate with clients across different locations
* Only candidates with telecalling experience will be preferred
* Minimum 1 year experience in Tele calling / Customer Handling preferred Work
