* Handle outbound customer calls.
* Respond to customer queries in a skilled manner.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Maintain customer records and update call details.
* Resolve customer issues or escalate them when required. Qualifications

* Experienced candidates with tele-calling/customer support is an added advantage Requirements
* Good communication skill in English.
* Good listening and customer handling skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
* Willingness to work in a voice process. Pay: ₹12,000.00
