PLANNING ANALYST

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and publish accurate daily, weekly and monthly Planning reports.
- Maintain KPI trackers for backlog, plan achievement, material availability, shortages, inventory, overdue orders and delivery performance.
- Clean, consolidate and analyse data using Excel, Power Query and Power BI; highlight exceptions and adverse trends.
- Automate repetitive reports using formulas, Power Query, basic VBA/macros and Power Automate.
- Create and maintain basic Power BI dashboards and self-service reports.
- Convert repeat information requests from Planning Engineers into standard operational reports.
- Escalate data gaps, system issues and reporting risks to the process owner. Mandatory Skills
- Advanced Excel: PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF formulas,



charts, cleaning and validation.
- Working knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate
- Strong accuracy, numerical ability, problem-solving and deadline discipline.
- Explicit communication with Planning, Operations and Supply Chain teams. Education & Experience
- Any graduate in Commerce, Computer Applications, IT, Mathematics,
- Statistics, Supply Chain or Data Analytics.
- Engineering degree is not mandatory; practical capability is prioritised.
- 6 Months -2 years data analysis or operations reporting.
- Skilled fresh graduates may be considered.
