- Operate and monitor milling process during assigned shift.
- Achieve planned production targets as per shift plan.
- Ensure optimum extraction and yield as per product specifications.
- Minimize production losses and downtime.
- Maintain flour quality parameters including moisture, ash, granulation, colour and other customer specifications.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and GMP requirements.
- Coordinate with QA/IPQC team for process corrections.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections during shift.
- Report abnormalities and coordinate with maintenance team.
- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out as planned. Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.
Tech/ISMT in Milling Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in flour milling operations.
- Hands-on experience in wheat cleaning, tempering and milling process.
- Positive understanding of extraction control, flour quality parameters and process optimization.
- Experience in handling shift operations and manpower management.
- Knowledge of food safety systems such as HACCP, FSSC/BRCGS will be preferred.
