Role & responsibilities
- Design high-quality, creative social media posts, stories, carousels, and digital campaign creatives for multiple brands managed by Social Connexions.
- Develop original logos, complete brand identities, brand guidelines, and visual concepts for new and existing clients.
- Create innovative packaging designs, product labels, marketing collaterals, and print-ready artwork.
- Manage design requirements across multiple client accounts while maintaining each brand's unique visual identity and consistency.
- Conceptualize and execute fresh, original design ideas that align with each client's brand positioning and creative direction.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to deliver engaging, visually compelling creatives.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with excellent attention to detail.
- Stay updated with contemporary design trends, branding techniques, and creative industry standards.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from initial concept development through final execution. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented,



and efficient Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a creative or branding agency. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in logo design, brand identity development, packaging design, and social media creatives, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Candidates must be able to manage multiple brands simultaneously, work independently, think creatively, and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines. A strong, qualified portfolio showcasing original branding, logo design, packaging, and social media projects is strictly mandatory. Candidates without a relevant portfolio will not be shortlisted or considered for the next stage of the interview process.
