Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Product Design work for 4W Body Parts Plastic products independently.
- Lead communication with CFT and customer if required
- Manage projects and resources as per workload
- Provide design suggestions to solve problems
- Should have exposure to development activities
- Develop recent capabilities for product roadmap requirements.
- Guide junior team members
- Should write Design Guidelines based on Lesson Learnt
- Should be able to read simulation reports, results Specific Skill / Knowledge:
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Mechanical engineering from Reputed college
- 10 + Years of Experience in 4W polymer products Interior, Exterior and Product Safety
- Strong Experience in using CATIA tools for product design
- Experience of Multiple NPDs from 4W Body Parts
- 4W Body Parts
- Automotive Experience is must.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
