E. Jamshedpur Job Roles & Responsibilities 1. Conduct classroom and online sessions for CAT, XAT, IPMAT and other management entrance examinations. 2. Teach Quantitative Aptitude or Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation (LRDI), depending on the subject specialisation. 3. Develop students' conceptual understanding, problem-solving abilities and exam-taking strategies. 4. Prepare lesson plans, practice questions, assignments and mock tests aligned with examination patterns. 5. Analyse student performance in tests and provide individual feedback to improve results. 6. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic support to students. 7. Keep students updated on examination patterns, preparation strategies and important topics. 8.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure timely syllabus completion and effective course delivery. 9. Track student progress and help improve their performance in mock tests and competitive examinations. 10. Contribute to academic planning, study material development and the overall quality of teaching. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong command of CAT-level Quantitative Aptitude or LRDI.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a easy and structured manner.
- Prior teaching experience in CAT, XAT, IPMAT or similar competitive examinations is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Pay: ₹25,000.00
