Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the creative direction of graphic design and visual content.
- Develop creative concepts and design strategies for digital and marketing materials.
- Create and review designs for social media, advertisements, promotional materials, and branding.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Guide and coordinate with graphic designers and other creative team members.
- Review designs and provide feedback to maintain quality and creativity.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.




- Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, colour combinations, and design principles.
- Ability to lead creative projects and coordinate with team members.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant experience in graphic design and creative direction is preferred. Pay: ₹32,000.00
- ₹35,000.00 per month
