Roles and Responsibilities Role summary: The Retail Sales Assistant helps customers find suitable products, provides friendly service, and supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, prices, promotions, and store policies accurately.
- Process purchases, refunds, and exchanges using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash, card, and other payments in line with store procedures.
- Replenish shelves, arrange displays, and keep products clearly priced and presented.
- Monitor stock levels and report low, damaged, or missing items.
- Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and fitting rooms clean and organized.
- Respond professionally to customer questions, complaints, and service requests.
- Support deliveries, stockroom organization, and inventory counts.
- Follow loss-prevention, health and safety, and security procedures.
- Work with colleagues and supervisors to meet service and sales goals.
- Stay informed about product ranges, promotions, and store procedures. Pay: ₹10,000.00
