Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international tour package enquiries.
- Assist customers with holiday package bookings and travel planning.
- Manage resort bookings and day outing reservations.
- Respond to customer queries and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Follow up with customers and support sales activities.
- Build valuable customer relationships and provide excellent service. Eligibility Criteria
