We are looking for Male Candidate with Jewellery industry Experience as Counter Head 1. Counter Setup & Presentation:
- Ensure the counter is well-organized, presentable, and stocked with the latest jewellery collections.
- Arrange jewellery displays attractively to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Maintain proper lighting, cleanliness, and security at the counter. 2. Target Alignment & Sales Management:
- Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing guidance to achieve sales goals.
- Implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and increase revenue. 3. Stock Management & Daily Counting:
- Conduct daily stock counts to ensure accuracy and avoid discrepancies.




- Maintain an up-to-date counter register to track sales, stock movement, and returns.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to replenish stock as needed. 4. Counter Hygiene & Upkeep:
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the counter area.
- Maintain proper documentation of counter activities and compliance records. 5. Requirement Management:
