Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions and business processes.
- Conduct quality audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Prepare quality reports and share performance insights.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.




- Collaborate with operations and training teams to improve overall performance Required

Skills:

- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
- Experience in manual testing; knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of quality parameters and audit processes.
- Ability to identify performance gaps and suggest improvements.

Job Type
Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹40,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
